First times and Conquering Fear
Our Anniversary trip to Telluride was sooooo wonderful! We got to bring our two beautiful huskies with us that had never seen snow before. They both had just turned one years old and they were born in Alabama. Of course we had to take them with us so they could see snow for the first time! Getting them to the top of the mountain was a challenge though. Faith our female husky was good to go but her brother Valor was terrified of the Gondolas so my husband had to pick him up to get him on. He hid underneath the seat shivering but by about our third or fourth trip he got the hang of it and conquered his fear! He finally hopped on an off all on his own and the other visitors cheered him on! They had a absolute blast playing in the snow! They were running in the snow like sled dogs and it was like second nature to them! All the people of Telluride were so amazing and we were so blessed to have such an amazing trip! The front desk staff was great, the town was great, the food was great, everything was just sooo amazing! I hope we get to come in the future with our first newborn that is coming soon and we'll have another new adventure in Telluride!
