The Hotel Telluride offers exceptional dining experiences in our onsite restaurant, The Nook.  Whether you would like to have a hearty breakfast to sustain your day on the slopes or enjoy a casual cozy meal paired with a fine glass of wine, The Hotel Telluride has something to suit your taste!   

Breakfast Buffet

Daily: 7:00 am-10:00 am
Our breakfast buffet includes: Omelets made to order, freshly made egg specialty, apple-smoked bacon, sausage links, home style potatoes, delicious pancakes, freshly baked pastries, muffins, asiago bagels, assorted cereals, fresh sliced fruits, yogurts and juices, and of course paired with a fresh cup of coffee.

Apres Ski & Dinner in The Nook

Daily: 4:30-9:00

Beat the cold and satisfy your belly after an active day on the slopes, Telluride's only Baked Potato & Chili Bar can be found at The Nook for your Apres Ski.   $9.95 per person, every day!  

Dinner in The Nook offers a casual American cuisine in a comfortable ski lodge setting.  You will find all of your favorite appetizers with a twist, fresh dinner special made daily, a diverse children's menu, and an  ‘all around' family friendly tavern fare.
