The Hotel Telluride offers exceptional dining experiences in our onsite restaurant, The Nook. Whether you would like to have a hearty breakfast to sustain your day on the slopes or enjoy a casual cozy meal paired with a fine glass of wine, The Hotel Telluride has something to suit your taste!
Please note; The Nook will be closing for our shoulder season March 30th- May 22nd. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will not be open for evening dinner service during this time period. Breakfast will be available until Sunday, April 7th.

Start your day off right at our hotel restuarant and give your stay at The Hotel Telluride a bed & breakfast feel. Our breakfast buffet includes: Daily fresh egg scramble, apple-smoked bacon, sausage links, home style potatoes, delicious pancakes, freshly baked pastries, muffins, asiago bagels, assorted cereals, fresh sliced fruits, yogurts and juices, and of course paired with a fresh cup of coffee.

Fresh Baked Cookies Daily
Daily: 4:00 pm -5:00 pm
Every afternoon the sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies wafts from our Telluride hotel restaurant kitchen and fills the lobby, luring guests from their rooms. Our chocolate chip cookies are just the right sweet treat for a late afternoon snack. Plus, enjoy complimentary freshly brewed ice tea in the lobby all day long!

Apres Ski & Dinner in The Nook
Daily: 4:30 pm -9:00 pm
Beat the cold and satisfy your belly after an active day on the slopes, Telluride's only Baked Potato & Chili Bar can be found at The Nook for your Apres Ski. $9.95 per person, every day!
Dinner unveils an array of winter comfort food for your choosing!
Unique among Telluride restaurants, The Nook offers a casual American cuisine in a comfortable ski lodge setting. You will find all of your favorite appetizers with a twist, fresh dinner special made daily, a diverse children's menu, and an ‘all around' family friendly tavern fare.
